Amitabha has more than 27 years of industry and consulting experience. He has worked in diverse industries, ranging from industrial manufacturing, FMCG, Banking and Finance and in large-scale retail.

Amitabha brings with him experience of handling complex and wide ranging HR issues in large organization and bringing in many progressive HR practices.
